Waves Baseball’s mission is to shape serious ball players into impact players on their high school teams. We believe dedication and focus will trump talent over time, every time! We facilitate a positive, comprehensive learning environment for all of our travel baseball players. This development occurs from utilizing top-notch facilities, professional coaches, and front office staff for decades of expertise. The ultimate success for Waves players is twofold; to extend their playing career by 4 more years at a top academic College/University, as well as begin their coaching career while giving back to the next generation of Waves players.
Our Guarantee:
Waves Baseball guarantees an unrivaled baseball development experience. This extends from our 10U-12U youth team, 13U-14U middle school, high school showcase teams, and our 18U-22U college athletes. We have two professional coaches in charge of every roster who have all played Varsity HS baseball, with most playing in college. Our robust staff includes coaches at top local high schools and collegiate summer baseball teams. Our coaches pride themselves on being able to relate to our players on and off the field. Our coaches mentor these young men as they navigate the classroom and different on-field experiences (such as tryouts, camps, showcases) that are crucial to their overall success. Our full-time front office staff is in place to guide our travel families’ through the travel baseball maze. In addition, our dedicated media team is tasked with chronicling events throughout the year making pictures and videos available for all our players and their loved ones.

Our athletes are taught to make a positive impact on their teammates & community. Our ideal players desire to play on their high school baseball team (at the minimum level), with a vision to compete at the college level. Waves Baseball’s ultimate goal is to create sustainable & healthy long-term habits contributing to the success of our athletes. The top traits we instill in our players are dedication and hard work. Nearly all of our players are high-academic student-athletes that understand the commitment required to receive the attention of collegiate recruiters. We send our players to the most appropriate camps, showcases, and clinics that lead to the best opportunity to be recruited by college coaches. Travel baseball is the vehicle we use to teach vital life lessons while transforming our student-athletes into high character, resilient, leaders.
